To help us serve you best, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and the work you want done.

  • Ensure we have safe and clear access to the work area.

  • Keep pets, valuables, and hazards clear from work zones.

  • Notify us in advance of anything we should know (like irrigation systems, delicate landscaping, underground cables, etc.).

  • All quotes are based on the information provided and may change if the scope of work changes.

  • We will always confirm any adjustments before proceeding.

  • Payment is due as agreed—either upon completion or per contract terms.

  • Accepted payments: Card, Cash, Check.

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

  • We may need to reschedule in cases of weather, emergencies, or equipment issues. We’ll always keep you informed and do our best to reschedule promptly.

  • We are insured and follow safety best practices.

  • However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage on property.

  • Damage caused by hidden hazards (e.g., underground utilities not disclosed).

  • Incidents due to unsafe or inaccessible work environments.

  • If something unexpected happens, we’ll work with you in good faith to make it right where possible.

  • If something isn’t done right, let us know within 48 hours—we’ll come back and fix it. We want every customer to feel good about the job done.

  • Your personal info stays private. We don’t sell or share your data, and we only use it to communicate with you and complete the job.                   

  • Please use our website respectfully and lawfully. All content (text, images, branding) is owned by MOVD Outdoor Solutions and may not be copied without permission.​​​
